Ordered online and used the tracker app to follow my order. Driver never called or rang buzzer, even though app told me they were here. Nobody was here when I looked outside, so I called the store to see what was going on. I had to call back to back for 15 minutes before getting an answer, just for the manager to say the driver told him he called 3 times, even though I have no missed calls. Manager refused to send my order out again even though it was 45 minutes until close. Horrible service and horrible response by the people in store. This used to be our go to for pizza nearby, my family will order from one of their competitors from now on Price per person: $20–30 Service: 1

Absolutely horrible customer service! After getting confirmation of the time my pizza would be delivered, my pizza was more than 20 minutes later than the time promised. When I called, there was no answer. I proceeded to call at least a dozen more times, still no answer. Finally, someone called me from a number that was not the store number. I answered and said hello, she said, “you called?” I said yeah, where is my food?! She said they were short staffed and that she sent the delivery driver with 6 orders. Well no wonder my food wasn’t here in time! I’ve worked at plenty of pizza joints, you can increase the delivery time for times like this where you are short staffed or very busy. Why wasn’t this done? Also, I received a message from what I believe is the manager, Crystal and she was rude and refused a refund for her rude employee and late(and cold) pizza. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION AND GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!!!!!! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. Ordered a Gluten Free 10"" pizza for $21.00 @ 8:15pm on 12/30/2021. The driver arrived at 11:15 pm and demanded payment. Worst customer service ever. Will never order Domino's pizza ever again!
