I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and I got light sauce use to be a good store but now its garbage cant get a simple order right you'd be better off going to kwicktrip across the street

My experience was so terrible I’m literally making a case report to customer support. Absolutely ridiculous. Grant was the absolute worst. I hope no one has to deal with him. This experience ruined my whole night. Never have I ever experienced this poor of service. Service: 1

With the type of service I got this morning, Domino's Pizza shouldn't even get 1 star. The morning manager was not only rude but disrespectful. This morning around 10 pm, I called Domino to order a pizza and when I came to pick it up, the staff was so rude. When I asked them about the different deals and prices, the person at the register kept on saying wait and would not respond to me. When I asked for the manager, the person at the register started to apologize for the inconvenience. As the employee was apologizing the manager intervened only to walk away mid sentence when I asked him I wanted to file a complaint for the poor customer service I was receiving. I honesty felt like I wasn't being treated as a human being as if I was begging when in fact I have every right to get a good customer service since I am paying money to get a good service. I am never the type of person to go to an extent of leaving a bad review for any type of restaurant but I couldn't sit by without letting other know how Domino's morning manager is rude and incompetent to be a manager and clearly doesn't know anything about customer service. The least the manager could have done was listen to my complain and try to understand but he could even do that he walked away mid sentence. When I asked to speak to a higher manager he would not give me their contact information which is ludicrous. Domino's Employees and morning manager on Stadium road needs to be retrained on how to have a good customer service. They are very impolite and discourteous.
