Discovered in April or May promotional advantage of this location over the ones from here to Wylie, Lavon, Princeton and Royse City. Since then, the masterpiece — top photo — June 6, 2:30 pm, has been my standard, my go-to, and my wanting to show Corporate what should be an exemplar. Beneath it, today, 3:45 pm: Same crust, sauce, nearly same toppings. (Yes, sunny car dashboard lighting vs dark indoor kitchen. Still, inconsistent, obviously.) I know what the exceptional employees at this location can do, and I hope to experience the masterpiece, again. Kudos. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I placed an order of three pizzas. Not only did the pizzas arrive cold, they were missing toppings that I requested and was charged extra for. I called the store to file those two complaints: charged missed toppings and late, old pizza. I was met with a cold unwelcoming person on the phone who didn’t seem to care about my concerns and seemed eager to quickly hang up on me. They informed me that they were out of the toppings that I was missing. I find it dishonest that they were aware of this and didn’t call me to confirm if that was okay to have missing toppings and still be charged for them. At the end of the call, They offered a refund, which I accepted. Later I find out they only gave me two options to pick from rather than a full refund that I was promised. I won’t be ordering from this location again. Cold customer service, cold pizza, and cold standards. I’m disappointed. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Domino's pizzas has really improved their crust. Kids can go help pick up the pizza and watch from the platform. The pizza people all seem to work well as a team. The computer system vs pizza status can be frustrating for some. I believe that like many automated systems there is a little screw in the numbers when accidents occur. The Domino's recipes are consistent. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
