This past weekend I stopped in after work because I had been craving a pizza since mid-day. After working 12 hours and stopping at Domino’s and place an order for a Hand Tossed Extravaganza with Pineapples, which was told to be ready within 15 minutes. After sitting a little over an hour and seeing several people come and go, a different counter worker came and apologized because the order had not been cooked and he was preparing it himself, also offered cinnamon bits for the delay. (Waiting this long shows how much I desired that pizza). Long story short, I got the pizza and bits and drove 30 minutes home, to realize that pizza was not hand tossed as requested, and the ticked also showed as thin crust. I phoned back and the original person who taken my order said that the pizza was not a thin crust but in deed, I was looking at it and it definitely was not a hand tossed. She proceeded to say that it was a hand toss because the thin crust was still on the counter. She contradicted herself and did not recognize it! Not one to continue a conversation with one whom will not acknowledge their error, I politely reiterated the facts and dismissed the call. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I had an excellent experience at the Newberry location! My pizza was ready for pickup exactly when promised, which made the process smooth and efficient. The staff were incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhanced my visit. Their positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. The pizza itself was hot and expertly prepared, meeting all my expectations. I left satisfied and will definitely return for more delicious meals in the future. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
