Absolutely unacceptable. My order was marked “Delivered” when it was NOT delivered. I called the store and was told the order was still on the way, but nobody could explain why the app showed delivered. I waited over an hour for a store only 8 minutes away. On top of that, my pizza arrived missing the jalapeños that were supposed to be on it. Misleading tracking, poor communication, incorrect order, and terrible customer service. Very disappointing experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Got food poisoning twice from here. Ordered a panpizza half pepperoni/mushroom, the other half pineapple/bacon/spinach. After i ordered it, i called the store to request it well done. When i got home, the dough was undercooked as the pizza was floppy. I threw up the morning after i ate it. Later, I warmed up the left overs and threw up those up the next morning as well. Currently have stomach cramps. Avoid this store. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Read all below prior to considering Domino's pizza. Worst Pizza ever!! Food: Barely pizza. I paid approximately $20.00 for "large" 2 topping pizza with extra sauce. First off, it seems the sauce barely made it to the pizza. It appears the toppings were strategically placed to include (on average since some pieces had no toppings) 3 small pieces of jalapenos and 3 small pieces of sausage. I also ordered 1 root beer and 1 Orange Fanta. The orange Fanta didn't make it to me as I was delivered coke instead. BUT, my messed up order arrived on time. Thank you Uber. With this experience I now understand the 3.3 low rating for Domino's in the Tustin area. When I'm closer to the Brea area, they must take more pride in their quality of service, because their pizza's are yummy. Think twice about ordering from this low rated Domino's! I created a GPS private list titled "Do NOT Purchase" folder to store this location as such. Great job Domino's your lack of quality customer service prompted me to take action to track and avoid businesses that are incompetent. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1
