My order was supposed to be ready when I arrived, but it had not even been started yet. I waited at the drive-thru window for several minutes and no one came to assist me, so I eventually went inside through the front door. It took a bit before anyone even acknowledged me, and a man finally asked if I was ordering or picking up. After waiting about 15 minutes, I went back inside to ask how much longer it would be. I stood there for about 5 minutes before anyone spoke to me. During this time, I also noticed another customer sitting at the drive-thru window who appeared to be ignored as well. What concerned me most was the food handling. There were three girls working, and two of them were preparing food without gloves. I saw them wiping their hands on their clothes, touching their faces, and then continuing to handle the food. Even after bringing this up, they still did not have gloves on. I politely asked the man if they could please put on gloves. He hesitated but said he would take care of it. Management should really address these issues with staff. Basic food safety and customer service should be a priority, and the current practices were concerning. I hope management takes this seriously and works to improve both cleanliness and attentiveness at this location. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch

Domino's Pizza has a wonderful food a wide selection of food and it all tastes very good and it's even got a selection for your sweet tooth and great salad for those who like veggies and it's very sufficient customer service but.. they are very expensive but it's for great quality food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Price per person: $30–50 Recommended dishes: Pepperoni Pizza, Cheesy Bread, Sweet Mango Habanero Wings, Lava Cake Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking options: Parking is unavailable Parking: There's no hope of dining in at Domino's Pizza in Palestine it is a strictly takeout business and if you're having to wait for your pizza instead of just pick it up on the spot then you might find yourself a little cramped up in their little area that they have because the workers take up a lot of the space and there's not very much space to take up to begin with and there's also like I said no dining area so it wouldn't be kid friendly to eat there but the kids will enjoy the food like I said the food is great it's the I will call it the best pizza place in town so far as the taste quality of the food goes but it is expensive baby I feel like it's the most expensive pizza place here but for good reason and it is not wheelchair friendly at all Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly to dine cause there is no dining area but the kids will enjoy the food. Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible at all
