Definitely won’t recommend this store. we ordered a pizza which was not cooked properly. We contacted the store and the manager was very rude and hung up. This is the second time this has happened. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $40–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Domino’s store in Parramatta. I ordered 4 Vegorama pizzas, and none of them contained feta cheese, which has always been one of the key ingredients and the main reason many customers choose the Vegorama pizza. The feta cheese is one of the features that makes this pizza different from other vegetarian pizzas on the menu. When I raised the issue with the staff, the female staff member told me that Domino’s had stopped using feta cheese on Vegorama pizzas about a month ago. However, this explanation does not make sense. Earlier the same day, I ordered a Vegorama pizza from another Domino’s store, and it clearly contained feta cheese exactly as advertised. In fact, over the past several days and weeks, I have ordered Vegorama pizzas from different Domino’s stores and have always received them with feta cheese. I explained this to the staff member and told her that I had personally seen and eaten a Vegorama pizza with feta cheese from another store that very morning. After I pointed this out, she went inside to speak with someone, which made me question whether the information I was initially given was accurate. At the time of my visit, there were only two staff members present — one male delivery driver and one female staff member inside the store. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and confusing. If Domino’s has genuinely changed the recipe, why has this not been updated on the app, website, or menu? Why are other Domino’s stores still serving Vegorama pizzas with feta cheese? Customers should not be given conflicting information depending on which store they visit. It appears that this particular store is either not following the advertised recipe or not providing accurate information to customers. Removing a key ingredient without notice and then giving inconsistent explanations is unacceptable. Customers pay for the product that is advertised. I expect consistency across all Domino’s stores and honest communication from staff. I hope Domino’s management investigates this store and ensures customers receive exactly what they are paying for. Very poor service, poor product consistency, misleading information, and a highly disappointing experience.
