Please fix your god awful parking lot and light posts. The food and service is great here, but the state of the parking lot is just terrible. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

My second time here and this time the pizza dough was not cooked all the way through. No gloves were on while making the pizza, unsanitary. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My wife and I ordered two medium pizzas and an order of cinnamon dessert twists on 7/7/20. The store website gave directions for curbside delivery, where the employee brings out the order to your car. I was texted instructions to turn on my lights once I arrived to let the employees know I was there. After arriving and leaving my lights flashing for seven minutes, an employee came to the door, only to post a "Drive-Thru Only!" sign on the door. Why was curbside pickup listed as an option if you were actually "Drive-Thru Only"? This was frustrating, as it wasted my time and made my order cold. After arriving at the drive-thru window to acquire my order, I was told our dessert had been wrongly sent out on delivery, so we had to wait another 5-10 minutes for this blunder to be amended while they made another dessert order for us. The final error came when we discovered at home that the sauces we ordered had not been included with our pizza or dessert. It's my fault for not checking the order to make sure they gave us what we ordered, but it's still the store's fault for not including them in the first place. To the store's credit, we called later to let them know about the missing sauces and they refunded us. However, this was a poor experience overall. We love Domino's Pizza. However, this store has sub-par service and we may consider trying a different chain in the future. We've had problems with this store before, so it might be poor ownership, sub-par training, etc., and not necessarily a problem with the chain as a whole. This was just a rotten experience overall and the store employees ought to be embarrassed of such low standards they've set for themselves.
