Order on App, and shortly after received a call from the shop to say they were out of fries, still went ahead with order without the fries, had to ring them back later as they had short changed me on the refund, notified via email. It's not rocket science, you cannot charge for food you never delivered because you had ran out.

Hi Philip Please can we ask you to visit mypizzafeedback.com and leave your details, so the team can put things right. All i can assume is the store has refunded the amount of the fries paid for in the deal, as opposed to full price. However regardless of this, I would have hoped the explanation would have been better, and we found an alternative item to send you to make up for it.

Literally have to add extra cheese just to make it look like it has cheese on it. Even then it's still not enough barely acceptable. Feels like a waste of £30 everytime I go there top tip go to Pizza Hut in Ely you won't be disappointed with thier loaded pizzas. look at the symbol a pizza is suppose to have enough cheese to cover sauce absolutely useless I dont understand why the staff are so stingey with the cheese Wings are beyond a joke for the price too over cooked and tiny what happened to dominos pizza I hope they go bust by this point The only positive is the deliver times literally This is how a pizza should look! Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
