We didn't have pizza's but we arrived here after riding the whole of the A483 route from Chester to Briton Ferry via Swansea.

Fed up of ordering from here now, tonight's order will be the last. Last 3 orders in a row have taken over an hour for delivery. Each time the food has arrived freezing cold and stale. After the first time calling to complain about feezing cold food, to be fair, they did send fresh food. So i gave it another go, but nothing has improved. If they are busy and delivery is going to be longer, I dont really mind. But what is the point in cooking the food so quickly if they dont have drivers available to delivery it. Why cook food and then leave it stand for so long to go freezing cold and stale, but think its then perfectly acceptable to deliver it anyway. Our food tonight, was delivered after over an hour, everything cold, pizza and chips boxes open when they were handed over, and pizza looked like it had been thrown against and was folded over in the box. Disgusting. Too annoyed to even call and complain this time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30

Terrible experience tonight. Spent £58. The customer service from Kim was abysmal and the food took over 50mins to arrive, when it did it was luke warm and inedible. Then had to wait a further 25 mins for a pizza replacement in which time my children had gone to sleep. Appalling. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
