2026/01/15 Time- 9.10 pm I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The customer service is extremely poor and unacceptable. The cashiers (fathima) spoke to customers in a rude and disrespectful manner, without any basic courtesy or professionalism. Instead of helping customers politely, they behaved arrogantly and showed no interest in providing proper service. Not only the cashiers, but most of the employees failed to treat customers with respect. Their attitude was unfriendly, and it felt like customers were a disturbance rather than a priority. Simple questions were answered rudely, and there was no effort to communicate politely or patiently. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. Good customer service is essential, and unfortunately, this place completely fails in that aspect. I hope the management takes serious action to train their staff on proper customer handling and professionalism, because this level of service is unacceptable. Price per person: Rs 4,000–5,000
