I ordered off the app. When I got home the pizza I ordered was just cheese, when I ordered Meat, spinach, and mushrooms. I will not order from them again. The person I talked to told me tough live with it. When I contacted Thier corporate office I did not get any replie. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Keeping in mind that we ordered pizza after midnight: the pizza was great, the atmosphere was almost cozy since they had a pretty good sized eating area with tables and chairs. The service left a lot to be desired. We walked in and weren't greeted, but all 3 employees looked at us. We smiled and waited for someone to ask us what we needed. We waited a full 5 or 6 minutes before I finally asked for someone to come help us. There was a young man at the front pressing dough into pizza shaped discs, another man was running around getting supplies from the cooler in the back and bringing them to the front, and there was a young lady standing at the oven waiting for pizzas to come out on the conveyor. The young lady and the young man both responded with "I'll be right with you" after I finally asked if someone would help us. Our order was placed online so we were there just to pickup and pay. Spent a total of about 10 real-time minutes in the place just to pickup 2 pizzas we ordered 40 minutes prior. I'm not saying that I expect this to be a regular occurrence at this location, but this was our experience that night at that hour. It was late, we understand, but we were clearly ignored until we finally said something. People have bad days, bad nights, etc. and we understand it can suck working those hours. We were just disappointed that it was our first time ordering from here and now we are reluctant to place a other order with them. I hope others have had better experiences here. Domino's Pizza in Rindge has been delivering to us for the past 6 months since we moved (5 minutes away). Tonight I place an order for delivery they say it will be ready in 15 minutes. 20 minutes go by, I call to confirm my address for delivery, confirmed delivery address. Call back 45 minutes after to check status and am told sorry this was put in for pick up but manager says it's ok to charge me delivery fee, all is well. Get a call a few minutes later from manager saying that the order never should have been taken in the first place and they will not be delivering anymore. Zero courtesy will not be spending money with them again Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
