Ordered x 2 pizza’s both had hardly any sauce on them. Laughable customer service no answer on phone and no response from online complaints form! Never had this issue at malpas or maesglas store! don’t waste your money at this store. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had a pizza delivered, and no word of a lie it was absolutely grose. Infact it was grittyThe cheese wasn’t even remotely melted, the dough was soggy! It’s like it was chucked in for 2 minutes a took straight back out. I called the store and said I wasn’t happy with the order, and they advised they wanted to see the pizza before replacing it. (fair enough). Had a delivery driver come and collect the pizza, and they confirmed it wasn’t right. They sent out another pizza and it was exactly the same! In the end i gave up after ages and lobbed the lot. The manager was rude. Really turned me off! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Fantastic service. Ordered for delivery. Within 20 mins, lovely friendly delivery man Paul was at our door. We had two different Pizzas in one. Hot, very tasty, delicious! Will be ordering again! Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5
