Bad customer service from the owner Pizzas are good for the price but not fantastic. We ordered a chicken curry pizza here 2 weeks ago Pizzas arrive, they forget a pizza and no curry on the chicken curry. Ok, no problem, we call and they will bring the forgotten pizza and a jar of curry sauce. Delivery man arrives, no pot of curry... Ok we call and they promise us a new pizza because the previous one has become cold. 45 minutes later a delivery arrives with 2 pizzas, neither of which are the ones we ordered but we can live with that. The next week we order the same pizza. No curry sauce again. We call and they apologize again and send a new pizza. 30 minutes later... 45 minutes later... an hour later... an hour and a half later we call them. Oh yes, it was made, but it must have gone to the wrong customer, oopsie. At that point, we don't feel like dealing with the whole hassle anymore, so we simply ask for a refund for that pizza. The person in charge of the business is not authorized to do anything and must therefore call the owner. Strange to leave your business in the hands of someone who is not authorized to make decisions, but okay... The person in charge calls back and wants to offer us a free pizza. Since we will no longer be ordering here, this is not the first time something goes wrong, so we simply ask for a refund. Not possible. Ok, can we talk to the owner? There is no possibility that evening, but she will discuss it with the owner. We call back the next day because they don't call back. No, refund is not possible, you still received the pizza, so what is the problem? Again the same person in charge without authority to decide anything nor the opportunity to speak to the owner. So prepare yourself as long as you get a pizza, no matter what is on it or what they forget, just be happy. So if you order pizza, expect that you usually have to call back because they often forget a pizza or two and if you get a pizza that is close to what you ordered, not necessarily with all the toppings, you should just be satisfied. The pizza was only 10 minutes waiting and it was pretty accurate with what the screen said. The pizzas where whats on the menu and tasted amazing... Me and my friends ate the "Canibal" and the "4 cheese" we loved the 4 cheese pizza becouse i don't really like barbeque sauce... I prefer domino's Pizza over Pizza hut becouse they have better que times and the same quality of pizzas and a far superior menu...
