Used to order all the time. The last time we ordered the pizza was undercooked and tasted like raw flour. Called today to order, told them what happened last time and they hung up the phone. I don’t know how a place that hangs up on someone trying to order is still in business. Went to Capri pizza instead. Pretty much the same price and they don’t hang up on you. Glad I found them, would never order from here again Food: 1 Service: 1

Worst delivery service in the world. My wife is sick and I worked in the garden all day so I decided to treat the family to takeaway pizza. We live 7.4km from Rathnew and 8.0 km from Greystones. So we are closer to Rathnew. The app happily let me order from Rathnew, but when the food was cooked - not before! - they told me there is no delivery to A63. Only A67. I’m in the wrong post code! Seriously!?! Major failure of the app to not redirect to the right store WHILE ordering, and failing of management to train staff in customer service. We even tried offering more cash to tempt a delivery driver. The computer said no. So I had to get my sick wife out of bed to drive the hire car in her name to collect the takeaway. Never going back! Ps: They also didn’t give me the 1l drink I had ordered. Price per person: €80–90 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've ordered their a couple of times now and it is without a doubt the worst Domino's I've encountered, pizzas are like lukewarm cardboard which is coincidentally the same temperature as the ice creams. I'd AVOID this place if I were you. *UPDATE* You'll notice below the "owner" has copy and pasted a response below. The "Dominosconcerns" website is for UK only. I suspect they know this and linked to here in order to fake some concern. Once again people think twice before ordering here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
