The app is clearly just a simulator as it says it’s ready but when you go in there, it’s not ready. Pointless having the app then isn’t it? Had to wait another 10 mins. Food was ight, kinda mid Price per person: £20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really disappointed with my recent order from Domino’s Pizza. I found two long black hairs in my pizza which completely put me off and made it inedible. It was suggested that the hairs were mine. Despite being bald and also the hairs were baked into the pizza. Not what you expect at all. When I called the store I was first told to throw the pizza away, which I did. Then the store manager called back and asked me to get it out of the bin so it could be collected. I refused to go through the bin myself but said he could come and get it, which he declined. Despite being told to throw the pizza away, the store manager told us we would not be getting a refund. The whole situation was pretty uncomfortable and raises real concerns about hygiene and how issues like this are handled. Definitely not a good experience and will never order from here again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Disappointed! Food was freezing cold. Base wasn’t cooked the rest of it was sweating in the delivery box not good! Price per person: £30–40
