Hello. This is the 2nd time I've tried ordering from dominoes in point pleasant nj. I called in one week, they "GM" answered and starting complaining to me that he does everything and they dont have any staff. He has to close the store to make delivery for each person. I understood and just thought it was a busy night. He did get us the food, just 2 hours later. This time I tried again. 2 hours pass, I call a number a bunch of times. He picks up and hangs up or just doesn't answer. This went on for an hour. I waited longer. When I decided to call back. Almost 2 in the morning, he starts ranting about the same thing. Only this time he just kept asking me if I wanted to keep the order or not. I initially said yes, I'm starving. I just put my child with medical needs to bed. We recently had our home flood. I have no kitchen right now. I was so hungry to wait all that time. By the time I reached him, there was nowhere else to order from. I had dry cereal for my dinner at 3am. Now I have this guy complaining to me that he wont get home until 3am if I keep my order. He said I didnt understand him and his circumstances. Yelling at me. Boy, he sure didn't understand mine. I told him I'm not arguing. Just cancel the order. He proceeds to ask what the order number is. I said I'm just pulling it up. He then got irate and started yelling what is your order number. He did refund me. He hung up when I asked for the owners information. After 2 times, I'm done. Whoever the gm is should get a new job. He seemed overwhelmed to say the least. Delivery order was over 2 hours late. Pizza tracker just kept pushing out in time. Don't order from this location.

they dont even answer the phone 80% of the time, when they do your on hold for 15 min, waited three hours for food when i called to cancel/refund order they said they couldnt that i have to handle it myself from the app. Good luck getting your order if it even comes, bad spot gives dominoes a bad name, dont recommend this outlet Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
