3 times we have ordered delivery and will not do it again. The first 2 times it took forever and the pizza was cold. So I gave the benefit of the doubt and tried again. This time it was even worse. Several slices of the pizza didn't even have cheese on them, the sausage pieces were very sparce(like some slices didn't have any)and the loaded tots were burnt. So disappointing! Food: 1 Service: 1

Who orders a pizza 10 minutes before closing , if you run cheese through a 450 degree oven it crisps and it’s not ranch it’s garlic parm, when orders take longer then 1/2 hours 9/10 we are short staffed due to hours being cut not drivers fault or even the store itself put an application in , 9/10 people who call scream or is demanding definitely not going to get top notch service with that attitude workers still are people, it’s usually not the stores fault when things go wrong. Doing their best

I have had the worst experience with Domino's Pizza on Quantico. As a Veteran, I"m extremely disappointed with the attitude and poor customer service. My order was over an hour late. The Rep was young and simply hung the phone up without notice during the conversation. I called back and got the same Rep. He offered no apology yet stated, "My manager is busy and hung up the phone on me, once again. My family and I ordered pizza to our residence in Triangle and still received it over an hour later. We have had multiple instances of issues with this particular Domino's and yet our orders continue to be routed to this location. Tonight, was the ultimate disrespect between customer and customer service. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service extended to me. In the past, on multiple occasions, my order has been cancelled without notification. I have received multiple pizza deliveries from Quantico and the pizza has been burnt and cold. Anything worth doing, is always worth doing it right. The owner should be embarrassed! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!
