I'm very disappointed in the level of customer service that this location demonstrated. We order from this location frequently, and my daughter placed an order Friday night. Currently Domino's is running their National promotion for the 50% off menu items. Unfortunately on Friday night their internet was down at this location so my daughter had to go inside and place her order she explained to them that she was having difficulties placing an order online they acknowledged that they were having a problem with their system but they still did not honor their promotion... So two medium pizzas came to over $30, when it should've been half of that... I understand that there can be technical glitches, but when a client comes in and says that they tried to use your website and you tell that client that the internet/website is down, you shouldn't penalize the customer for it... Hopefully this will be an opportunity for management to work with their employees on executing better customer service. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 1

I used to order my pizzas here but it was a big mistake from me. In fact, me and my family don't eat pork at all and yesterday before going out to have fun, I ordered 3 chicken and cheese pizzas the day before only as usual, I was surprised after eating half that the pizzas contained a little pork mixed with chicken. I threw everything in the trash. It is not excusable and it is outrageous to force people to eat something against their will. I'm so disappointed and angry . I will never use Domino's Pizza again. they have lost my trust forever.
