Ordered on the website at about 8:30 pm, and order was received and started by Cody at 8:35. Delivery time was 9:52-10:07! Waited until 10:07 and started calling the store; went to voivemail. Got a text that my order was put in the oven at 10:07. Got on my motorcycle and went to the store to check on my order at 10:20pm. When I arrived at the store there were 2 people working and the phone was ringing nonstop. Was told that my order just came out of the oven and was able to take it with me. They took off the delivery fee and the tip I put on the initial payment. Was not happy with the wait and poor customer service, but the food was good. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the second time that I have shown up to this place at the designated time from the website and then I am told to come back in fifteen minutes. When I come back the employee says that my pizza is ready. She then leaves and I am left standing there in front of the register for another 10 minutes before I finally have to call out to the employee making the pizzas that my pizza is ready. Then I get it home and it is the wrong pizza! This place is seriously understaffed and I could see the frustration in the other customers in the lobby. I wasn't alone in receiving poor service. I absolutely hate the new sauce!!!! I'm 51yrs old and that's the worse overly powering tangy sauce I've ever had. I'd rather buy a frozen Great value pizza and cook it at home! I've been eating dominos pizza for since I was old enough until now at 51 yrs old I'm not eating another Domino's pizza (or anything else) until or unless they bring back the original sauce or come up with something better. I like tasting the vegetables and meats and other ingredients. This sauce is over powering everything else . Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
