I used to really enjoy a Dominos, but the standard has become shocking. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60

I had bad experience today at this particular place. I like Domino’s the most of all pizza’s unfortunately people and branches who represent them ruin company’s standards and good name. I tried to order online as usual but for some reason online service didn’t work when comes to pay (No problem with my card). After many attempts I decided to phone them up to place order over the phone but after trying for 15 minutes no response. So I went to branch to check if they’re alive… 5 people inside and finally girl picked up my phone call when I was inside. Dunno if they afraid of taking phone calls but isn’t a good way for this type of business. I asked her why is like that? in response she asked me what do I want to order. I didn’t want to order anymore after experiencing her attitude. In the meantime she had some conversation with colleagues in foreign language completely not into any explanation for me. I asked her name so I could complain to the manager once he’s at work but I found out that her name is a big secret. I took photo of her to explain in the future who I spoke to. At the the same time she left till and walked off further away telling me from far that I’m not allowed to take pictures. Ridiculous what is going on in there. They just don’t care about being polite towards customers so I can imagine how they dealing with food they prepare for customers. From previous reviews I found is no point to speak to management. Get you Domino’s Slough! Amazing customer service! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
