Ordered a 2 pizzas to be delivered, when the delivery driver dropped off the pizza he just sat at my door and held the bag out for me to grab my food. This may be normal for dominos, but never have I seen this anywhere else. When i pulled the pizza out one of the boxes was crushed and the driver saw and proceeded to say nothing. When I opened the box all the cheese had stuck to the top and looked disgusting. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1

I never got my food. I guess they need money more than I needed my pizza.WORST Domino's I have ever seen. Should be negative stars Price per person: $20–30

I had experienced a little trouble placing my order online, no big deal, so I phone in, it was about 11:30 on Sunday, March 8th 2015... To The, •Dominos Pizza Store #6438 •5371 South Broadway Ave, •Tyler, TX 75703 •(903) 597-8000 The person answering the phones was extremely rude, sarcastic, completely unprofessional to the point that I finally asked her if there was a problem? Her reply was, she was trying to finish her job so she could go home and I was calling 30 minutes before she was closing, her strategy and efforts to intentionally run me off was entirely noticeable so I asked her if she would like for me to cancel my order she said it was up to me but it would be nice if I did. WOW!!! I was not able to find a 1-800-complaint line for Domino's Pizza very easy, I decided to go in tonight and see the GM. I actualy meet the vary young lady face to face, there's so many details that I have left out including my face to face with whom I spoke to on the phone on Sunday. WOW Domino's Pizza, this is unfortunately beyond a little customer feed back here. The conclusion, unfortunately is that the young lady (shift runner) Store #6438 is going to cost potentially lose you customers...
