The food was terrrible and they charged me on the 12th then the following day charged me again for the same order. How does this happen? Pay with cash if you can Ill never give them a debt card again. Price per person: $50–60 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We ordered for delivery through the app and after checkout we realized we forgot something tried calling the store several times and got no answer. So eventually ended up placing another order. We did not receive the original order but did receive 2 orders of the second order, which was lava cakes and sauces. We didn't receive our pizza, chicken alfredo, or garlic parm bites. We had to go out to get our food. As a former manager of a fast food establishment the no answering of the phone is unacceptable. I hope the employees and management do better. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Service: 1

Placed an online order 2 for $5.99 each ordered a med. Pizza and a Cesar chicken salad. It said order confirmed. When I arrived he very nastily said "we don't have your order, you must have ordered it from another location." I have lived around this 1 mile vicinity 90% of my 75 years on this earth, I think I know Morgantown St by now. My husband who is recovering from Covid was looking forward to Pizza so I said well can you give me the order anyway? He said NO! DO YOU WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER OR WHAT? I ordered a medium pizza and he charged me over $13. for a medium Pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. To say I will NEVER BUY FROM DOMINO'S PIZZA AGAIN!!!! Well if I could I would SCREAM IT FROM the top of the EMPIRE STATE BUILDING I WOULD. Just because he was having a bad day was no reason to take it out on me, and usually I am the easy going let it go type, however I believe I was way overcharged because something happened to their software.
