Ordered uber eats for 6:25-6:45. Per Uber’s suggestion, I called the store at about 6:30 for an update, and they said it would be out for delivery in 5 minutes. Perfect, no rush. 6:45 passes and no pizza. I call again at 7. This time they say another 5-10 minutes. Staff seemed irritated when discussing my order (not to me, but when checking the order with eachother). Nearly 10 minutes later, I get a call from the delivery person saying they were on their way. Order arrived nearly cold a few minutes later. Fast food shouldn’t be over 20 minutes late, and shouldn’t have to be microwaved upon delivery. Learnt my lesson, not likely to order again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Fell asleep waiting for my order because it took so long. Called them 2+ hours after placing order, only to be told they must have been busy when it was placed because the ticket never came through, but they managed to find said ticket while I was on the phone with them. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZ$20–30

SCAM ALERT Extremely disappointing experience at the Wellington City store. I ordered a deal consisting of two pizzas as a reward after a stressful week of moving, but the quality was completely unacceptable. The pizzas arrived cold, with a brittle, stale base and incredibly sparse toppings—it honestly felt like paying $30 for plain, dry bread. I feel cheated by the marketing of the 'deal' I purchased; the value is non-existent, and the food was so poor that I would have been much better off ordering a kebab or a biryani for a meal with actual substance. I had to eat it only because I was incredibly hungry, but it was a terrible way to end a long week. I’ve attached photos to show the lack of quality and topping coverage. Definitely not recommended It's like they are putting left over stuff like dough on the name of deals to get rid of the waste and stale food. Even the cheese is low quality and plasticky. It's a shame on name of Pizza. Lowest quality of pizza I have ever had in my life . I have had pizza at Nelson Dominos few years ago and it was great. It's really with the attitude of people running the store , if they claim what you get at dominoes .it's definitely a scam of cost cutting and ruining quality. Honestly by quality they are around $5 each or even low priced quality. Nothing like pizza feeling. Name of Pizza and Dominos both ruined. Buy a cheap white bread for few bucks and eat with butter that's a better thing to do and will be fresh . To add on maybe buy a can of tuna . Don't order this scam at all. EDIT: I am updating my review because the store’s reply is nothing more than a calculated attempt to push this conversation into a private, 'clever loop' of phone calls to avoid public accountability. They know we can not reply to the review, hence they are trying to show that they have fixed it. No way. I have seen from other reviews that when customers call, they are met with defensive responses rather than actual solutions. I have already clearly expressed my concerns here and provided photographic evidence of the stale, cold, and topping-less product I received—there is no need for a phone call to reiterate that. I have already provided my Order ID and the evidence required. I am not interested in being stuck in your loop. I expect a professional response that addresses the evidence provided and rectifies the poor experience I paid for—a full refund or a substantial credit is the only acceptable outcome.
