Horrible experience on Mother’s Day

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. Not only was it on Mother's Day. The customer service was by far inexcusable. I spent over over $100 for my order and missing a lot of it and instead of refunding what was missing was asked to come back with everything by the Manager Armando. They made a big deal over salsa which I was more than happy to pay $15 for. Armado the manager was not empathetic to the situation. It really did not make sense for me to ruin my Mother's Day to refund missing tacos which was no fault of my own. I understand the place was busy but so was Pappasito's where I ended up going and was 100% satisfied with their service and food quality. I will never come to Don Rey again. What a waste of food.

Had the worst experience today on Mother’s Day. Had an order of over $100 for Mother’s Day and they missed a lot on the order and made a big deal about the extra salsa which I was more than happy to pay for extra as long as it was there. I understand it was busy because it was Mother’s Day but so was every other place. The staff was rude and in the end instead of refunding what was missing the owner Armando had me bring everything back or no refund. Went to Pappasito’s instead where I should have gone in the first place but went here because it was my moms choice. Never again. You get what you pay for. Poor management and could have been handled a lot differently. What a waste of food.
