I ordered the chicken salad and got mixed pork. Asked the waitress and she came back saying that the kitchen guaranteed all was chicken. Continued to eat and found 30% of the meat being pork. Took time to get her attention and when she came, she acted absolutely out of order. I’ve separated the 2 meat wanting to show her the difference but she cut me off mid sentence and yelled “Alles gut alles gut no problem I didn’t cook the food I don’t know it’s not my fault u don’t pay” and refused to let me speak. She then took my cutleries and threw paper on the plate and just aggressively took it away. I was so shocked and felt embarrassed so I just took my things wanting to leave. But my friends - who are regulars there - convinced me to come back inside to chat with them. As soon as my friend walked in she started attacking him saying “sie ist das problem” which means “she is the problem”. She yelled out loud over the whole restaurant and started to complain loudly what a pain I am in German so other guests could hear. It’s was absolutely horrible. My friend went to talk to her husband who admitted that there were 2 salads, one pork and one chicken and that they made a mistake. I was totally shocked by this behaviour. Imagine if I was a Muslim, they’d be in deep trouble. Everyone makes mistakes but the way she acted and how she treated me was horrendous. I’m usually not a shy guest who can speak for herself but I was shook! I feel like she already didn’t like me from the start because i am Asian and don’t speak German. I am starting to wonder if she is low key racist. I was deeply saddened and shocked. I have never been treated this way in a restaurant. She treated me like a stray dog and made me feel like the worse person. You can see in the picture that the pork looks different to the rest of the meat. It’s darker and “harder”. Wish I had the opportunity to take a photo when I separated and cut them in half but as written earlier, she rudely just took it away leaving me no time or opportunity to explained myself. It’s a shame because the food tasted really good and they have large portions but this lady just destroyed our experience and I don’t even think my friends (who work in this resort) will ever come back.
