I thoroughly enjoy Sapporo-style ramen, and this restaurant was no exception. Miso-based ramen is wonderfully comforting on a cold day. The gyoza were also excellent. I wish the restaurant had been a bit busier, though that may have simply been due to the time of my visit. Despite that, the atmosphere was quite cozy, and we enjoyed our delicious ramen while watching the news. Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

It is a store adjacent to Nagano Toyota Ueda store, and is now a valuable "Dosan Musume". In fact, due to a lawsuit with the original "Dosanko" chain, the pronunciation has changed to "Dosanmusume." (Trivia that doesn't matter) It's a ramen restaurant that has the same impression as Dosanko and Ramen Daigaku, but I don't see many of them anymore, probably because there were a lot of sloppy franchises, or because there were a lot of them that closed due to bad taste, dirty food, and bad customer service. However, the owner of this store provides pleasant customer service, and the richness and taste of the meat miso in the ``Niku Miso Ramen'' is highly recommended. We also recommend the set menu, which includes ramen with salt, soy sauce, and miso (including meat miso), as well as gyoza and yakiniku bowl. The seasoning of the meat is good, and after drinking an extra-large mug of beer with a knob, some customers come in groups to finish off their meal with ramen.On weekends, the restaurant is popular until late at night. However, although it is convenient that the restaurant is open late at night until 1 a.m., please be aware that it only opens in the evening on weekdays. This is a great store that will change your image of Dosan Musume.
