The problem wasn't the hotel, my problem is with WAY! Just got back from vacay, the eve of our departure our flight was cancelled, we were very stressed didn't know what to do because we had to check out of our rental by 10:00 am the next day. The only flight our airline had available was for the next day, which was gonna be a long flight with two transfers, which meant we would not land in San Jose until 2 days after our original date, so I extended my car parking for those days, because I didn't know if my car would get towed, well with a lot of work we were able to get another flight with a different airline, and we were able to get back to San Jose on the original date..I was able to pick up my car on the original date before I extended the date, which was last night. Today I called WAY and explained the situation, and asked if I could be refunded for the two extra days that I extended and paid for because I was able to pick up my car on the original date, they told me no that they could not and would not giving me a refund! I asked them why, and they said because I couldn't be refunded for the two days that my car wouldn't even be parked on their lot, and they said because I chose to extend they didn't! I asked them so you're not giving me a refund for something that was out of my control? I don't understand..they just said no! I will never use WAY again! I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else!

Well i wanted to leave a review for the hotel NOT the parking Parking was $30. Per day. The phone number published rarely worked to get through which was bothersome for airport pick up. The front desk did little to give me my bearings. I was told that a fridge would be $25 and a microwave $10 and others in my large group appeared to get them for no charge without asking. The person waiting on me in Sprigs did not seem particularly interested in understanding what i was saying nor in meeting my needs which were merely to get what was promised/included in my order. The gym had no means to wipe down machines which is minimally necessary these days which makes me wonder what other cleanliness is not to par. Overall i would not give them my business and possibly will not go to the convention if it is held there next year as everything is overpriced and service is not of value.

This hotel is a dump. Our flights were delayed by a day because of weather, so we had to find a hotel near the airport. The hallway carpets were dirty, the bathroom wallpaper was cracked and peeling, one lamp flickered so badly I could not use it, the bathroom was disgusting. Also, the hotel layout is lousy, the servers at the bar and breakfast cafe were gruff, the convenience store was closed during most of the stay. I could go on and on..... On the plus side, the front desk staff were very friendly, the free cookie is delicious, and there is a free shuttle service to the airport every 15 minutes.
