Hi Em, Thanks for your feedback and we’re sorry to hear your visit didn’t live up to expectations, especially after hearing such good things about us. Our booking system does allocate a time which varies varies based on group size, but we always do our best to make sure guests feel relaxed and not rushed, so we’re glad that was your experience on the night. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the meat platter, but disappointed that the Spice It Up pizza didn’t hit the mark on this occasion. We’ll be looking into your comments with our pizza chef, as we always want our pizzas to leave the kitchen at the standard our guests expect from us.
