Down South is at the food court of Vista Mall. I ordered tapa salpicao with fried rice. The person/cook impatiently told me it will just be plain rice but it was actually paid already. 225 pesos or 245 pesos..cannot remember already. Then when the actual food came,the tapa was tough and full of "litid". Will not recommend. Not worth your money. If you feel like eating tapa, Tapa King is more worth it.
