I admit to some bias but I do happen to know how much Dr. D really does care - he realizes the fact that health is absolutely the greatest wealth there is - with it all is possible - without it little else matters! It is not something you can hire anyone to do for you - it takes knowledge and action. The whole idea of Dr. D is to help you indeed make your food your medicine - ancient and superb advice but we know that it is only medicine if it is consumed regularly. Just as bad food won't kill you tomorrow, a great salad or smoothie won't make you well - it's the accumulated effects or good or bad choices that matter - and make all the difference in the long run - AND CAN MAKE quite a lot of difference for many immediately - or within a few days. The only way any of us will eat consistently healthy is if we truly understand why and how to do so ENJOYABLY - which makes it most important we WANT to. When it comes to food, desire is all about flavor - it has to be delicious for it to be sustainable and therefore truly effective! Delicious healthy food is THE KEY, along with movement, clean water and lots of love - these are the key ingredients to create optimal wellness, sexiness, mental health. It is about creating lasting, happiness as well as the ultimate REAL health insurance and very meaningful WEALTH - because today we can indeed do anything - including age backward and be younger next year!!
