I had an exceptional experience from the meal, to the serving stash, to the atmosphere and decor. I wish I could remember my server's name because he helped make my experience memorable. I was dying solo and the restaurant was rather empty so we had time to chat and share stories about traveling. I arrived ravenous and left overly full! I tried their fresh pressed green juice which I loved, followed by a wellness shot. For my late lunch, I had an order of the chicken stock with herbs and hemp seed that was Richly flavorful while being warm and soothing to consume. Generous to Bolt serving! I also had the Korean style gluten-free chicken, wings! Oh my God, what an indulgence. So crunchy with that mildly spicy sweet, savory coating and a wonderful dipping sauce. I ate the entire serving, but it was plenty for two people in reality! Just to be indulgent, I had a cup of coffee and Panna cotta at the end of my meal. For me, the coffee was average as was the Panna cotta. Perhaps partially because I was not hungry for it. But I was enjoying my experience so much that I wanted it to last longer! The flavor of the Panna cotta was delicious. It was just a bit more dense than I like mine. And the coffee was a little bitter for my taste. I loved my experience overall and look forward to visiting again when I'm in Seattle and hopefully bringing friends along next time! Price per person: $50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: I have seen the disease and it was no problem for the Restaurant to accommodate my dietary restriction. In fact, there were many things that were already gluten-free on the restaurant, including Korean style, crunchy chicken wings!

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Went here for brunch with friends. The avocado toast and berry french toast were both delicious. The french toast was some of the softest and fluffiest I’ve had. The only downside was it was on the pricier side. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ended up at Drift for drinks after dinner when we made it back to the hotel. We sat at the bar and had some awesome cocktails from Leo! Tyler was also great. Would definitely come again. Try the Puget Fog! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $50–100
