I just had to pause for a second to write this awesome place a review. I’m driving on a road trip from my home in Florida to Prudhoe Bay and then back down to Key West, and in all my travels, this lady makes some of the best biscuits and gravy I have ever eaten. And I’m from the south, so that’s really saying something. Thank you so so much for the amazing food and great coffee!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A Wonderful Surprise and an Even Better Breakfast! We were delightfully surprised to find out that Drips Cafe was open again, and we didn’t waste any time loading up the car and heading out to Salcha this morning! We all ordered the special—sausage biscuits and gravy—and wow, it did not disappoint. Everything was fresh, piping hot, and generously portioned. Honestly, it was so much food that it’s pulling double duty as both breakfast and dinner today! One of the things we truly love about Drips Cafe is the welcoming vibe. The owners always take time to chat, crack jokes, and genuinely show appreciation for their customers. It feels more like visiting friends than stopping by a coffee hut. P.S. A little outdoor picnic table would be amazing for enjoying all that delicious food onsite—just a thought! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
