Thought we were going to have a nice dinner but that didn't happen. We ordered 2 shawarma with cheese, a hummus and chicken wings. The waitress threw two cold sandwiches in front of us that were wrapped in Saran wrap that didn't appear to have cheese then we waited 45 minutes with no drinks just 2 cold sandwiches then finally the hummus came but not the wings. After about another 15 minutes we asked about the wings and were told they were accidentally given to another table. My friend that ordered them was mad and wanted to leave after over an hour of waiting. The owner didn't in any way try to make it right, just said sorry. Thanks for ruining a night out and you can keep your sorry. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Hate to hate, but want to share so others do not have the same experience as I did. I'm only going to speak to the "shwarma" because that's all I had. DO NOT go here for shwarma. Their interpretation is far of from the traditional style. The bread wrap was a thin dried out tortilla that does not wrap around the filling. It's a taco. By "cheese" they mean "cheez whiz", trash. This country is full of cheese and they give a digusting processed subsitute. The "salad" in the mix is just shaved lettuce, no other vegetables. The chicken in it was dry, flavorless, and on par with a microwave meal. So weak. I don't have a refined pallet by any means but I took the time to write this because I dislike getting bamboozled. I recognize it's my own fault for giving a food establishment called "Dubai" in Cuenca, Ecuador a chance. Red flag.
