Very nice restaurant inside the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The food is great. Portions are a good size, and the staff is amazing. I have eaten here several times during my stay, and recommend it to everyone to try them. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: QAR 100–150

I had an absolutely fantastic time at Dukat Restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the ambience set the perfect tone with warm lighting, inviting decor, and a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. The music was just right, creating a lovely backdrop without ever being too loud. The food was outstanding, with every dish beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I have to give special mention to the bread — fresh, warm, and perfectly baked. It was so good we couldn’t stop talking about it! The service truly elevated the experience. Everyone was attentive and friendly, but Jackie especially stood out. She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the evening. Her energy and charm added something special to the night. Dukat is one of those rare places where everything — the food, the atmosphere, and the people — comes together seamlessly.
