This might be the worst experience I've had at a Dunkin donuts. Ever. Went through the drive-thru and didn't notice what the food was like until I was already gone. Otherwise I would have taken it back. My hash browns were burned while being greasy and soft at the same time. My ham croissant was like rubber and barely warm. I asked for an assortment of 10 munchkins and got all chocolate and 1/2 of a glazed. My latte tasted like espresso with sugar in it, not like a latte. I enjoyed literally nothing I ordered. And they didn't even give me napkins for my grease hash browns. Very disappointed. Price per person: $10–20

First of all, the experience with the window associate name "Sarah" was very unenthusiastic and had a rude demeanor. 2nd of all my bagel was nuked in the microwave and was very chewy and rubbery and by the time I got to the end it was hard. Coffee was not up to par. Kind of disappointed and not happy with the overall experience. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Worst funkin in illinois. Never get your order right and they cant make drinks to save there life. Also for the bag promotions apparently the manger has the bags so they cant give them out at opening? Why would you not have the bags when you open so people who have things to do can get one and not get told to wait til the manger comes in at 7am 3 hours later??? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
