The muffin was hard . Ordered a large coffee drink was it was only half full and never order the peach charger drink only flavor and seltzer water not good at all.$14 down the drain. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We stopped here for coffee and snacks on our way back from a trip. It's always a pleasure to find a great Dunkin with great customer service, and that is esthetically pleasing. It's located about 2 miles off of the interstate on the main stretch. Parking: Disabled parking available. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Donuts Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

This is a good location. I would like to see all of the Covington exteriors upgraded like the one close to the Covington square. It would be great to get some of the employees from that locations to work the other locations in town. The manager needs to make sure that the people who prepare the food are making sure its prepared right. I don’t know if its because of the oven they use or what the reason is. I don't like saying its the employees (the owners?) because everyone is short staffed these days. I am doing my best not to beat up on the people who come to work. The problem is most of the locations in the Newton/Rockdale areas seem disappointing and I dont know who or what to blame. You go to Gwinett county and the Dunkin' aren't like this. The whole Newton/Rockdale area where these stores are located are neglected and need sprucing up. Bring some owners from Gwinett over to Newton/Rockdale.
