I am very reluctant about leaving bad Google reviews due to what they can do to an established, but I’m here to post my first ever one. Me and my girlfriend really enjoy a good trip to Dunkin, but the past few times the service here has been very poor and rude. Today the woman at the window did not wait for me to have a good grasp on my change and it fell into a puddle of dropped coffee. She did not apologize and kinda just gave me an annoyed look. My girlfriend also placed a mobile order, and she accidentally placed it for indoor pickup. I understand we were at fault, but the woman at the window gave me a whole lecture about how it messed up her rotation and was a huge inconvenience for her. From someone who works in food service I understand it’s not the most flattering job, but I just thought all of this was pretty unnecessary and the past few times I’ve been to this location I’ve dealt with pretty bad customer service. placed a mobile order for pickup inside and there was no one in the lobby and a couple cars in the drive thru at 3pm in the afternoon. showed up a few minutes after i placed my order and had to wait for my 3 donuts for 20+ minutes. every employee just looked at me while i waited and didn't even acknowledge me or ask me about my order while i was clearly waiting. very bad customer service they couldn't even pretend to care about my order lol Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is probably my favorite Dunkin'. I get a hot coffee with cream and sugar, what we call a "regular" in Massachusetts. I always get it made to standard at this location. Many other locations add too much or not enough sugar. It's a simple thing but all too often at other loacations it gets made wrong. Not here though, they do a great job at consistency. I always get a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant and it is nice and hot, made perfectly. The other thing I wanted to mention is the crew. What a wonderful bunch of women who work here. Friendly smiles, happy conversations, caring for customers, the list goes on. I always feel happier after I pop in mainly because of the crew that works here. I think all new employees at Dunkin' should be trained by these women who truly embrace customer service. Hats off to the owner/manager who hired them as you must have seen the potential. They are truly valuable members of your team. Please recognize these women for their great job keeping me on the go with an easy break when traveling. Signed , your happy customer. See you soon. P.S.
