Used to like this place but I guess all the good employees have left. The person on drive thru is rude and gets my drink wrong every time if I don’t order on the app. Will not be coming back to this location. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I honestly don’t understand how this Dunkin’ stays open. Every single time I come here and order the exact same thing, the price is somehow different. One day it’s one price, the next day it’s higher, then another day it’s something else. It feels like they’re just making up numbers at the register. On top of that, the service is painfully slow. Even when there’s barely anyone there, you end up waiting forever just to get a simple order. What should take a couple of minutes turns into a long, frustrating wait. Consistency and basic customer service shouldn’t be this hard. If you’re going to charge people different prices every day, at least explain why. Otherwise it just feels dishonest and disorganized. One of my favorite breakfast choices is the avocado toast with bacon. It’s perfectly balanced — the creamy avocado and crispy bacon together make it a fantastic choice. Honestly, I love to vary my order each time I come in, but I usually pair my coffee with just one item to eat, trying to stay mindful of my caloric intake. I could easily order more because everything is so tasty, but I’m conscious about keeping my calorie consumed in check. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The inside of the store looks great, cozy, and clean, and the exterior has that modern, fresh look. It’s a nice, comfortable spot to grab a quick bite or drink if you are on the go. Overall, Dunkin' Donuts always delivers, and I’ll keep coming back!
