Every single time I go to this Dunkin I make sure to order ahead of my arrival time by at least 15 minutes. Regardless of which manager is “working”, they NEVER look at receipts and always ask if I have food with my order. Isn’t that your job to know that? It says right on the receipt multiple times how many items are included in each order, and what they are. Multiple times I have had to argue with management because they try to give me just my drink and not my food that I paid for. Nothing is ever made correctly or ready when I get there, management has no idea what they’re doing and their employees have NO urgency whatsoever. Slow and 0 customer care. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They would get 0 stars if that were possible. Went through the drive thru, got three iced coffees. Mine was a Large Iced with 5 cream, 5 Liquid Cane Sugar, 4 French Vanilla, and a shot of Espresso. They handed my coffee over hot, and instead of using the correct ingredients (I used to work for Dunkin on Lake Ave), they dumped the hot coffee into an iced cup, added little ice, and the young man with dreads thought it was cool to flip my iced coffee like he was flipping a water bottle to mix it, instead of using the metal stir spoon provided to employees. Now, my cup is covered in coffee, which I have to clean up. Get home to drink it, and it tastes like coffee flavored water. One sip, and the rest went down my drain. Poor service, unprofessional behavior, and rotten quality. The donuts we got tasted stale, as if they were from the day before. Don't waste your money here like I did. This has to be one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the city of Rochester and anywhere they lie to customers they lie to drivers they refuse to make orders that people have paid for they give orders to the wrong people when someone's standing right there waiting for waiting for their food the owner is arrogant and he's the liar of the of the bunch do not go to this dunkin if you want good customer service do not go to this dunkin if you want your food. I am a delivery driver Who came here to pick up an order for a customer they lied and said that some man picked it up their previous driver was a woman the customer walked up to the store to meet me to tell them they didn't get their food and they need to remake it the owner refused to remake the order For the customer who literally walked up there to meet me the Uber drivor and confronthe owner who is also the cashier. Don't deal with people who lie to you and steal from you. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
