The quality is piss poor when the managers kids ar left to run the store alone. Wish I could get a refund Everytime I come now. Definitely making Dunkin mose customers.

I tend to visit a Dunkin' Donuts in the Atlanta area occasionally so I am familiar with them. I have to say the staff working at this one are extremely friendly and helpful compared to my experiences elsewhere. It was a difficult time for them in that they are working with different rules and menu due to restrictions with the coranvirus situation. They were so helpful and apologetic with any changes that had to be made. First we found out prior to entering through the doors that there would be no seating inside due to new restrictions for the restaurant. No problem. We went inside and each ordered a breakfast sandwich and a coffee. We all ordered different things and our coffees were all different (and I had something omitted on my breakfast sandwich). The entire order was read back to us and then they went to work. They executed the order perfectly and we all took a table outside to enjoy our breakfast (we had traveled down to FL for a funeral and were getting breakfast before traveling back home). Everything was done just as we had ordered and we had full bellies at the end. My veggie sandwich on a type of grain flatbread was very good (I omitted the sausage patty). My husband had the same but with the sausage. My son and daughter both had a chicken biscuit sandwich that they both enjoyed. I have never ordered breakfast sandwiches at Dunkin' Donuts; only coffee. I was glad they had a mostly veggie option. I went back in to use the restrooms only to find out they were closed. Not their fault. We had to get gas anyways so knew we could find some elsewhere (which turned out to be across the street). Overall, I recommend this particular Dunkin' Donuts. We would definitely return. The staff was great as was the food and coffee.
