Dunkin' definitely has the potential to make incredible drinks, but the inconsistency is a major drawback. It seems like there's a lack of standardized training, as the quality changes depending on how the espresso and syrups are added. Getting a consistent flavor requires a full pump of syrup and proper technique, which the staff currently seem to struggle with. I hope management addresses this training issue soon. There's a different result when you add espresso to ice before you start adding other ingredients versus if you put it in at the end. Hate paying $6 for a zero flavor. I enjoy going to this location. It always brightens my day when Miranda is working. On sunny mornings I like to get a box of munchkins via the drivethru and enjoy them on a mini-roadtrip around NKY while listening to audiobooks. Today, for the first time, my enjoyment was soured when, instead of swiping my card, the associate shoves the entire credit card swiper out the window to guilt me into tipping for the basic function of the service they were providing. That is ridiculous. I am a generous tipper when warranted by service above and beyond a job. Putting donuts in a box and handing them to me out a window is the absolute bare minimum and not at all tip worthy. Perhaps management should pay these fine workers better instead of using tipping guilt extortion to make up the difference. I know my complaint isn't going to change the excessive tip culture that has permeated every facet of retail but it's still disappointing to see how low management is going in order to avoid paying a living wage. Miranda in the drive thru is always so nice!! I was not surprised to see other reviews mentioning that! And the bacon is always crispy here unlike some other stores Food: 5 Service: 5
