They usually get the order right. But when they mess up, they mess up! Ordered hot caramel macchiato. They read back iced macchiato. Corrected them and continued. Upon receiving said such item it was found to be on the colder side, watery and the taste was way off. Tried to pawn it off on my wife. What is going one with Dunkin? Why are lots of there locations missing the mark? Wow! I was just gonna let it pass and eat my the $5 but my wife asked me to return it. Holy cow what a can of worms I opened. They didn’t want to take it back because some of it was missing. Yeah, I tried to drink it & my wife tried to but too watery. I drove 15 minutes away and came back. They said that I must park & walk inside. I CANT PHYSICALLY WALK. So she thru a fit but said I can park up front & they’ll bring it to me. The lady that brought it out was nice but it was no longer a macchiato. It was well mixed with no steamed milk meaning no foam on the top. Filled to the rim and hardly any coffee taste. Guess there’s only one Dunkin left in Fort Pierce to go to. The one on Okeechobee Rd. across from Walmart. Another sad chapter closed on a Dunkin location. John Paul and Wyatt are two of the friendliest, most professional and respectful young menI have met in the service industry in the past several years. They were friendly, helpful, patient and thanked me (With eye contact and a handshake) For leaving them a tip. Additionally, the coffee was delicious and the donuts were fresh and carefully placed in the box as well. This is my go-to Dunkin from now on. Thank you John Paul!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It would be great if the owner actually read these reviews, Do we have to message them on twitter to actually get the attention that this store needs new staff and training. Watery coffee, don't expect anything in less than 30 minutes, expect to be late to work even if you budget extra time. Just one of the worst Dunkin' locations I have ever been. Look in comparison at the Palm City Dunkin or even the Hobe Sound Dunkin' they are great and everyone loves them. God forbid this store got a health inspection! I have tried several times over the years and it has always been the same results. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
