By far the worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to. The staff seem to take pleasure in doing as bad a job as possible. I have gone back maybe once in six months to see if it got better and it’s only gotten worse.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Westview location. I accidentally placed my order as a walk-in order through the app instead of a drive-thru order. When I arrived at the drive-thru and explained the mistake, the staff refused to give me my order and directed me to come inside. While I understand there may be policies in place, the situation could have been handled much better. Instead of showing any flexibility or customer service, the staff members came across as rude and dismissive. A simple mistake on a mobile order turned into an unnecessary and frustrating experience. I've been a regular customer, but this interaction left a bad impression. Customer service should be about helping customers resolve simple issues, not making them feel like an inconvenience. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the great tiny Dunkin'. They are pretty lightning fast and always offer alternatives if they are out of something. Super friendly folks. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
