We’ve been regulars here for MONTHS and the past 5 or so visits the employees act entirely miserable and are so rude, they’ve messed up my past 3 orders, did not cook the wraps we ordered, didnt add flavor or sugar to the coffees, etc. every visit gets worse. the customer service is so bad recently. they’re just so rude. it never used to be that way. then two of the girls felt the need to make a comment about me “ordering incorrectly” when i had to correct THEM for ringing up my drink incorrectly. definitely won’t be back for awhile til they get their acts together. The employees dont even know whats on their own menu ask for the munchkins that are pictured on the menu board in the drive through gave us the wrong ones then argued with me when I asked for the ones displayed on the menu and they said they dont know which they are even described the picture. So I put them back through the window and demanded they give the correct ones even the manager didnt know whats on their own menu but atleast she knew what my pregnant wife wanted based on the description. If it were my company id fire all of them and hire new people and train them to know the menu fully. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
