It is very hard to find positive people in customer service especially in the food industry and this morning I actually experienced a really approachable and kind young man named Jeremiah. Not only was my order prepared and given to me very quickly and accurately but Jeremiah had a smile on his face and even sparked conversation about Mustangs! Which I have. And so does he. I feel like positivity needs to be recognized more often especially in our area. So thank you Jeremiah for your positive light this morning! Please keep it up! I didn't go today, but a few weeks ago. Not sure why Google maps thought I was there. (Wake up Google) Anyhow, this a nice shop. Clean, music was a little to loud, the staff was very nice. The donuts were good, but suffering from a weight loss program. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

Closed on Christmas with no sign. Love Dunkin', but had a frustrating experience today (Christmas). Their posted hours said open, and there was a long line of cars waiting in drive-thru. After waiting in line for 10 minutes, we realized the store was closed and there was no sign anywhere indicating it. Please be more considerate and put up a clear "Closed" sign on holidays so people don't wait for nothing! We felt sorry for the other cars waiting in the long line so we just ended up yelling at everyone telling them they are closed. Dunkin, you lost a lot of business today, check your cameras! We ended up going to Starbucks that’s open until 4pm.
