Message to the owners. As a fellow business owner I would highly recommend offering some additional training to your employees or hiring new ones. First drink was made incorrectly which was fine but the 2nd and 3rd drinks were not even hot. Luke warm. Other employee was on a call with a friend the entire time, meanwhile a long line started to form before we had a chance to get our order right so decided to just leave. Had asked for a donut to be warmed up and was told that wasn’t possible. If there actually isn’t a microwave, how hard is it to add one? You sell pastries but can’t warm them up? I tried to redeem my points thru the app, which was an arduous, complicated, and confusing experience. On top of that, I was having a bad day and just wanted to get some comfort food and something to drink. Team members Owen and Olaa were super nice and did the best they could to make things better, but in the long run, it was completely an APP issue. Otherwise; my donuts and drinks were amazing (especially the spider donut!). Kudos to Olaa and Owen for being helpful and patient with me during my visit. I will visit Dunkin' again but I will need a LOT of help redeeming points in the app. (I gave 3 stars to the atmosphere because it's in a bodega and strictly a walk-in store, with no Dunkin' cups or other things for sale.)
