I came through the drive thru around 11am on 06/18 and my food was cold and i was given the wrong coffee. When I called and spoke to the manager, I requested if I could come back later that day to have my order made correctly and she told me since she was leaving at 12 I would either have to come back before that or the following day. When I told her that I could not come before 12 because I was on my way to an appointment she pretty much told me there’s no way for her to communicate with the following staff to make sure this issue was fixed. Instead of being accommodating to my time I had to be accommodating to hers and when she will be there. She was extremely rude on the phone and had no desire to fix the issue. She said there’s no log or way of communicating to anyone on the next shift. Disappointing. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1

I am truly a dunkin fan,I frequent a couple times a day, and I have to say,I do not go to any other dunkins,I have to say that Luciana is the best!!!along with Cameron and Anthony.Everythinf they here my voice at tge drive thru they know exactly who I am and my order every time, they make my latte perfect! They are super nice exceptional customer service. They are why if I am further away,ill wait to go to your dunkin,5 stars for them! They make it worthwhile Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Don't go in for donuts in the afternoon there's hardly any left and what's there is stale. And now they lock their bathrooms and no one can find the key. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and coffee. I finally was able to use the bathroom when they found the key and when I came out my bagel was there but not my coffee. I asked where my coffee was. The girl was nasty to me and acted like I was inconveniencing her to make my coffee which I had paid for. I will never go back to this Dunkin's. In fact, I think boycotting Dunkin donuts all together is a great idea. Go to Wawa... they're way cheaper. They have an excellent selection of bakery products as well as specialty drinks milkshakes sandwiches both hot and cold, clean bathrooms that aren't locked and you can make your coffee yourself the way you like it.
