This dunkin used to be good, employees were nice, service was fast, and orders were accurate. Unfortunately many of the old employees seem to have left and taken all the skill, quality, and care with them. Now expect to wait not only in store but also the drive through for a very long time only for them to forget parts of your order every time. I hit a record of 20 minutes in the drive through today and the forgot half our order. If you go inside expect to have to wait in a negative atmosphere as employees openly argue in front of customers and all appear to be in bad moods. They also ignore customers that walk up to the counter to order or get wrong items corrected, if you don't raise your voice and get there attention they'll let you stand there for 10+ minutes before acknowledging you. I've heard rumors that an ellianos is opening in keystone and I can't wait, I often frequent the one in palatka and their customer service is 2nd to none, I never wait more than 2 minutes for my order, and the employees are always in a good mood and very kind. a daily necessity edit from 5 months into the future: last week and today i was ignored when needing something for my order. today our coffees and my mothers hash browns were ready, and all i needed was my boston cream donut. the lady today walked straight up to the counter and ignored me, talking to another coworker. she looked me in the eyes and then ignored me. THREE TIMES. i didn’t want to interrupt her bc she was training another person, but shouldn’t you be training them to help the people there first? before you assume anything i have worked in service for 2 years now in palatka, it is a monday morning, they had three orders on their screen, two people in drive through, and the lady was training her to get donuts. jfc Parking: small parking lot Wheelchair accessibility: is accessible, a short ramp to the front door, no automatic doors though Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Iced Latte, Bakery, Wake-Up Wrap - Sausage Egg and Cheese, Wake-Up Wrap - Bacon Egg and Cheese, Donuts, Wake-Up Wrap - Sweet Black Pepper Bacon, Dunkin' Refreshers
