I love Dunkinx Donuts, I've been in Ny, NJ, CA, FL and many other states where I looked for DD, BU THIS STORE it's a shame! Four people "working" there, literally DRAGGING their feet, they just looked MISERABLE like they were FORCED TO "work". When I entered the store there was ONE person already waiting, about 5 minutes later a guy came, took his order, they were NOT taking cash, still a couple more minutes, I was the ONLY one besides him, and like four STILL WAITING FOR THEIR DRINKS... The young man took my order, my receipt says 9:25 AM! Almost 10 MIN. to bring my coffee, almost 20MIN. TO BRING MY FOOD,... i asked a girl if they forgot about my order, she said, (talking like she was annoyed) "someone is already working on it" a young man brought my food and, I'm not exaggerating, he tossed my bag like he was feeding a homless... WHAT'S MISSING HERE? IS THERE ANY BASIC TRAINING? THIS IS THE ONLY DD IN MY AREA NEAR KILGORE TEXAS... WONDER IF ADMIN. CARE ABOUT MY COMPLAINT...? Price per person: USD 10–20

I had to give one, but if I could give zero stars, I would. I was the only one standing at the counter with no other customers in the lobby. I stood at the counter for about four minutes and no one acknowledged me. Then a young girl with glasses was Restocking cups and looked at me and said did you order already? I replied no. And she went back to doing what she was doing and three other employees saw me And just continued to let me stand there. So I walked out. Dunkin is my go to choice for coffee, but I will tell you right now. I will never step foot in this Dunkin again. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a really disappointing experience at this Dunkin' location. The cleanliness was concerning—the staff appeared unhygienic, with dirty clothing and visible pet hair on their shirts. It did not give a professional or sanitary impression. On top of that, the coffee was not made properly and did not taste as expected. It seemed like there was a lack of basic training or attention to quality. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both hygiene standards and staff training.
